We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, Able to assist us in creation architectural design and able to understand our project requests. Besides, you should be able to create designs upon researching about various architectural trends and patterns.

•Responsibilities:- •

? Planning and developing Architectural Designs

? Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval

? Making adjustments or corrections to the designs as requirements

? Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.

? Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3Dmax

? Knowledge about other industries and ongoing trends

? Social Media Ads designing and update in platforms.

? Conducting in-depth research to identify new architectural trends before designing

? Ensuring that the architectural designs have correct measurements and dimensions mentioned

? Producing CAD drawings and color boards

? Providing with design recommendations

? Project Management: Oversee the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

? Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive design presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

•Requirements :-•

? Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience in Architectural Design.

? Holding a strong portfolio of architectural designs

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic consider a plus)

? Familiarity with Auto Cad, 3D Max and other software tools.

? Undertaking Social Media Advertisement

? Excellent technical and design skills

? Strong mathematical skills

? Good communication and interpersonal skills

? Highly motivated and creative individual

? Ability to conduct in-depth research

? Willing to relocate nearest to the job location in Ajman

? Driving License will be more preferred.

? Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
• Video Editing: 1 year (Required)
• Architect - Exterior Design: 2 years (Required)
• Content Video: 1 year (Preferred)
