Job Title: Receptionist (Female, Arabic Speaker)

Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai UAE

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional female receptionist fluent in Arabic to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry and will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Patient Coordination:
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide information about medical services, procedures, and policies.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update patient records and databases.
• Handle billing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and their families.
• Translate and interpret information as needed between patients and healthcare providers.
• Office Organization:
• Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as required by the office manager or healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or healthcare management is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist in the healthcare industry.
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Personal Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
