Job Summary:
The Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in facilitating the booking of medical and dental appointments for patients at Central Clinic. Working within a call center environment, the representative handles incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless booking process..

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls Handling:
• Receive incoming calls from patients seeking medical and dental appointments.
• Provide information about available services, appointment availability, and clinic policies.
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments based on their needs and preferences.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure accurate recording of patient information and appointment details in the clinic's database.
• Outbound Calls Management
• Proactively reach out to patients to confirm or reschedule appointments as needed.
• Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments or upcoming visits.
• Conduct courtesy calls to remind patients of their scheduled appointments and provide any necessary instructions or preparations.
• Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience and satisfaction with the clinic's services.
• Customer Relationship Management:•
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments within the clinic to address patient needs and ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, including appointment details, changes, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in updating patient information, insurance details, and other relevant data in the clinic's system.
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures for data confidentiality and patient privacy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or customer service is desirable.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt to new information is essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure coverage in the call center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
