Handle main pivot email communications and manage complaints received via landline and helpdesk SIM card.
Respond to emails after receiving updates from the Operations Team.
Close complaints in the vendor system and update the complaint sheet accordingly.
Provide updates to clients through the vendor system or via email.
Follow up to ensure the quotation is uploaded to the system.
Manage Civil Defense-related tasks, including issuing approved contracts and Istifaa for buildings, as well as coordinating inspections.
Follow up with the Civil Defense office for any related matters.
Handle the renewal of the company's Civil Defense License and Istifaa certificates.
Follow up on payment submissions, as well as the submission of invoices, reports, and quotations for all Arab clients.
Oversee the registration and submission of all required government licenses.
Handle the renewal of owner contracts in Arabic.
