Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Arabic Administrative Clerk to join our Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Arabic and English, and have experience in handling public relations tasks, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) related works. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Public Relations:
  • Assist in managing and executing public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft and translate press releases, articles, and other PR materials in Arabic and English.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and manage media relations.
  • Coordinate and organize press conferences, media events, and public appearances.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts):
  • Prepare, review, and manage AMC documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors for maintenance schedules and tasks.
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Handle renewal processes and negotiate terms for AMC contracts.
  • DCD (Dubai Civil Defense) Works:
  • Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required by the Dubai Civil Defense.
  • Ensure compliance with DCD regulations and maintain updated records.
  • Coordinate inspections and follow up on any required actions or improvements.
  • Liaise with DCD officials and handle any inquiries or issues related to DCD compliance.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the department.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or public relations are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or public relations role.
  • Experience with AMC and DCD processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
