Job Requirements: . Computer literate & Speak Fluent Hindi and English (MANDATORY) . Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time. . Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening . Excellent verbal and written communications abilities . Working knowledge of administrative role. . Capable to work unsupervised and independently. . Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required. Job Responsibilities: . Responsible to make a call to the clients and collect recovery. . Compiling documents and maintaining client information databases. .
