Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate sales orders, inquiries, and customer requests
-Prepare Order Invoices & LPO's.
- Utilize software systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels
- Support inside and outside sales representatives with administrative tasks
- Assist in upselling products and services to existing customers
- Handle account management duties to maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
Requirements
- Team Player.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Familiarity with sales software applications is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
