Responsibilities: - Perform data entry for QuickBooks. - Use Excel and Word proficiently. - Coordinate shipments (incoming and outgoing) with the sales team. - Manage cash flow and process payments. - Create and manage invoices and business intelligence reports. - Track shipments and ensure accurate records. Requirements: - Female candidates preferred. - Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. - Excellent organizational skills. - Strong communication skills to coordinate with the sales team. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
