We are currently scouting for an all-rounder Secretary to assist our Company with day-to-day tasks such as invoicing, paying bills, collaborating with suppliers and delivery companies, accessing government portals, and other such duties as we prepare to grow our company and provide better opportunities and amenities to our employees.
We are basically looking for a UAE-based individual who can:
• Assist all the offices with clerical duties (making phone calls, talking to health care insurance companies, generating sales reports, etc.).
• Have good computer skills (Ex: Using Microsoft Office, Accounting Softwares, etc.)
• Have Good Communication Skills (Ex: Communicate with the team and other colleagues of the company as well as doctors, pharmacutical companies, etc.)
• Speak and write good-level English.
• Experience in accounting, finance, healthcare profession, typing center or holding a visa/driving license is a plus.
This role has fixed timings, but candidates are expected to be flexible.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
