Purchasing Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for procurement needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order placement to
delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments.
Collaborate with other departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure
timely delivery of materials.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing quality and service.
Accounting Responsibilities:
• Record and reconcile all purchasing transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Prepare financial reports related to purchasing activities, budget tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts related to procurement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing and accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
