Female Accountant, Reception

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female Accountant cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage reception duties effectively.

Candidates from the Philippines are preferred.

Job Location : Garhoud, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and other records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule appointments.
• Manage office supplies and support administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be female; candidates from the Philippines are highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
