We are looking for an FEMALE accountant.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with FTA.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
