Job Title: Female Accountant cum Administrative Assistant Job Location: Dubai Albarsha - 1 Reports To: Owner Job Summary: The Female Accountant cum Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the boutiques financial transactions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: 1. Financial Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, and inventory. - Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. 2. Budget Management: - Assist in preparing and monitoring the boutiques budget. - Track and report on budget variances. 3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: - Manage invoices and process payments. - Handle billing and collections from clients. 4. Payroll: - Prepare and process payroll for boutique staff. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. 5. Tax Preparation and Filing: - Prepare and file tax returns. - Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines. 6. Bank Reconciliation: - Reconcile bank statements monthly. - Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Administrative Duties: 1. Office Management: - Oversee the daily operations of the boutiques office. - Manage office supplies and inventory. 2. Customer Service: - Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone. - Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally. 3. Scheduling: - Coordinate and manage the boutique owners calendar. - Schedule client appointments and fittings. 4. Event Coordination: - Assist in planning and organizing boutique events and promotions. - Coordinate logistics for fashion shows and photo shoots. 5. Documentation: - Maintain organized files and records of all boutique operations. - Handle confidential information with discretion. 6. Communication: - Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications. - Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Preferably bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Skills: - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero). - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Personal Attributes: - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Professional demeanour and appearance. - Passion for fashion and design is a plus. Working Conditions: - Hours: 08 HRS a day - Full-time position. Mon to Fri - Environment: - Boutique setting with a focus on luxury fashion and design.
