Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant and Admin Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a blend of accounting expertise and administrative skills to support our financial operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Prepare and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Support year-end audit processes and tax preparation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage document flow.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles; experience as an admin assistant is a plus.
Proficient in accounting CRM ZOHO/TALLY / WAVE and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
