Role Overview:

The Accounts Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the finance department with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and track expenses. Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Knowledge in VAT Perform other administrative and accounting duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
