We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive with a proven track record to join our dynamic team and drive our business growth.

The Sales and Marketing (Out Door Sales) Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the marble and construction industries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Drive brand awareness through innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid, proven sales experience, preferably in the marble or construction industry.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Arabic Preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
