Role PurposeEnsure that all FBO terminal activities are carried out in accordance with company policy, procedures, and the agreed standards of performance for VIP and corporate customers. Direct, control, plan, & organize the daily activities of the FBO terminal.Operational Accountabilities
Plan and coordinate the proper dispatching of aircraft materials
Involving all relevant parties to ensure safe, secure, and on-time flights, including Royal Jet Operations, Abu Dhabi Airports, Abu Dhabi Aviation, ADNOC, Etihad Catering, Air Traffic Control & Briefing, all visiting crews, and all FBO customer service lines
Ensure the Royal Jet flight schedule and Visiting aircraft's flight schedule are kept in a cost-effective, safe manner.
Making sure compliance with VVIP customer service handling etiquette, FBO, and Ground Operations procedures/processes is maintained without compromising safety, security, or customer satisfaction
Completes work orders and provides status on any "open" work orders.
Adherence to all FBO Standard Operating Procedures and Ground Operations Manual procedures and processes, including regulatory requirements and company processes.
Attend and supervise RJ flights operating at PF Apron and Commercial side of the AUH Airport.
Plan and supervise aircraft loading and unloading process.
Comply with all requests from the operating crew without compromising safety and security.
Ensure Advance Passenger Information - API is updated prior to every departure or arrival
Perform administrative duties as described in the FBO manual
Handle and report crew complaints and issues.
Promote FBO services to the operating crew, primarily Pilots in Command
Coordinate and work closely with the MCC team when visiting aircraft encounter an AOG.
Communicate the aircraft schedule and movement message to all stakeholders, notably RJ customer service, police, and immigration
Maintain flight documents and records according to FBO Standard Operating Procedures
Promptly reply to customers inquiries and emails
SkillsKnowledge & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the aviation and air transport sectors across airport operations
High School or Diploma Degree
Aviation or Airline certificate
Industry, Ramp Safety or equivalent qualifications.
Airport & Customs procedures
Complete Guest-focused approach
Good knowledge of the UAE and local ethnicity
Excellent command in English Language
Knowledge of Royal Jet fleet and capacities and Operational restrictions.
Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
Strong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & procedures
