Job Overview:

As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, coffee shop, and shisha lounge, ensuring that all areas run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, meeting sales targets, handling budgeting, and ensuring high service standards in all F&B outlets, including during outdoor events and parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of F&B Operations :
• Supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop, restaurant, and shisha lounge.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets.
• Manage the staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.
• Sales & Target Management :
• Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for all F&B outlets.
• Monitor daily sales, track performance against targets, and take corrective actions as needed to meet revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, promotions, and improving customer satisfaction to drive sales.
• Budgeting & Cost Control :
• Prepare and manage the budget for F&B departments, ensuring expenses are within the set limits.
• Monitor food and beverage costs and optimize inventory to minimize waste.
• Assist in creating financial reports, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
• Event Management :
• Plan and oversee the coordination of outdoor events, parties, and special functions, ensuring all needs are met for guests and staff.
• Coordinate logistics, including menu selection, decor, staffing, and on-site supervision.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during events, resolving any issues that arise.
• Staff Management & Training :
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and F&B service standards.
• Customer Service Excellence :
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Inventory & Stock Control :
• Oversee the ordering, storage, and stock control of food and beverage supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure items are stocked as needed.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure the availability of quality products.

Key Requirements:

• Experience : Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor, F&B Manager, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, sales targets, and cost control in F&B operations.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff.
• Ability to handle outdoor events, large parties, and special functions.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge : Understanding of food and beverage service standards, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Flexibility : Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during events or peak periods.
• Education : A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing multiple F&B outlets (coffee shop, restaurant, and shisha lounge).
• Event planning and execution experience for outdoor parties or special functions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
