F&b Supervisor
Job Description
Outlet supervisor provides exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
• Exceptional organizational skills with devout attention to detail and accuracy a must
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret / disseminate company directive
• Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities
• Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operations
• You will organise the restaurant for service and keep it perfectly clean at all times
• You are directly responsible to ensure the safety and well-being of all the patrons and your team members in your section
REQUIRED:
• Have 4 years of experience in Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisory experience or other successful F&B service industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
