As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional service to our guests while leading and motivating your team.
Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain service excellence
Monitor and maintain quality, portion control, and presentation standards for all food and beverage items
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary targets
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Assist in developing and implementing new F&B concepts and promotions
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate POS system entries
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the F&B department
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in Food and Beverage supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
Proven experience in cash handling and proficiency in POS systems
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and customer service standards in hospitality
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to make effective decisions and work under pressure
Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts, and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Post Secondary Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management is an asset
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
