Apply now for the role of F&B Supervisor!This is what you will do! As our new F&B Supervisor, you will be managing the operational flow of our department. Working closely with colleagues and your manager, you will strive for optimal efficiency and continuously challenge yourself and your team. You will leverage every commercial opportunity, making proactive proposals to enhance results and boost revenue. Your goal will be to maintain and elevate the quality and service standards within our hotel. Additionally, you will:
Coordinate and oversee activities for six different outlets.
Manage staff during shift exchanges.
Plan schedules efficiently.
Coach, guide, and develop the team.
Optimize the department and drive up selling initiatives.
Work together with the team in one of the outlets during busy periods.
Qualifications
Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred
Previous Point of Sale system experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
