Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Staff Location: Restaurant, hotel, catering service, or event venue :
- Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and workspaces.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas for service.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry or customer service role.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification or training is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
- Hotel: 1 year (Required)
