:Our client, a prestigious culinary academy in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to providing exceptional education and training in the culinary arts. They are currently seeking a skilled and passionate F&B Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events and banquets, worked with VVIP customers, managements big VVIP weddings, and has been part of a big 5-star hotel/VVIP club. Other duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of events and banquets, ensuring flawless delivery of services tailored to VVIP clientele.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with VVIP customers, understanding their unique preferences and requirements to exceed expectations consistently.

• Collaborate with culinary teams to create bespoke menus that reflect the sophistication and exclusivity expected in VVIP events.

• Manage operational aspects of events, including staffing, logistics, and set-up, to ensure seamless execution and adherence to quality standards.

• Develop and monitor budgets for events, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining exceptional service quality.

• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, oversee deliveries, and uphold standards of excellence in all event-related services.

• Supervise and motivate a team of F&B staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and performance levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in F&B management within prestigious 5-star hotels or exclusive VVIP clubs.

• Track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale VVIP weddings and events.

• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, food presentation, and service standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with VVIP customers and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
