- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options, offering recommendations as appropriate
- Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen for preparation
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to established standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
