Job Title: F&B Sales, Marketing, and Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced F&B Sales, Marketing, and Operations Manager with more than 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Marketing:
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our F&B services.
• Manage social media platforms and online presence.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Implement and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

• More than 6 years of experience in F&B sales, marketing, and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• UAE Valid Driving License required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 8000 plus commissions.
• Other Benefits: Accommodation, Visa, Insurance, and Air Ticket.
