Food and Beverage Purchasing And Cost Control is a department which you would be setting up with The Executive Chef, you would need to have a sound grasp of cost control principles, inventory systems and be very action orientated.
The cost controller would also need to be in the field (visiting restaurants) for a large majority of the time, so we are not looking for just a report producer - we need someone hands-on in the operations of the business. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for this role.
Similar role in Restaurants or F&B business Gulf experience is must , Preferably in Dubai
