Job Description

One of the pioneer F&B & Retail company in Al Ain is looking for HR Coordinator.

Salary: 5,000AED - 7,000AED (Based on experience)

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a at least 1 year in the food and beverage industry is mandatory for the role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must have prior experience working in the UAE, demonstrating an understanding of local labor laws and business practices.

Responsibilities includes the following:

1. Recruitment & onboarding

2. Employee Relations

3. Performance management

4. Training & development

5. HR policies & procedures

6. Compensation & benefits

7. Employee engagement

8. Site visits

Preferably candidate who can join immediately and residing Al Ain or Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
