to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations and seating efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times and ensure a smooth dining experience. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any seating issues professionally. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Think quickly to solve problems, manage guest concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle pressure. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
