Job Key Details:
- Respond to the phone politely at all times
- Assist guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Scrutinize the reservation book for reservations for the next meal time
- Reply to complaints and assist resolve them
- Reply to emails concerning reservations and monitor them
- Attend to guests in a professional manner
- Share reservations among all servers equally
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or any related discipline
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same field
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Should be able to multitask with excellent customer service skills
- Must have the right work attitude at all times
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
