Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To:Restaurant Manager
The F&B Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and welcome them to the restaurant
• Seat guests at tables and provide them with menus
• Take orders and serve food and drinks • Keep the dining room clean and tidy • Answer questions about the menu and the restaurant
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months of experience as a restaurant hostess
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in English
