• Prepare serving cutlery, bread baskets, and other service items before and during service.
• Ensure all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized.
• Efficiently coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waiting staff to streamline service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage (F&B) menu to assist guests and staff.
• Attend all training sessions related to the F&B menu items.
• Understand the table layouts of F&B outlets and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in various locations, including rooms, gym, and swimming pool.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.
• Monitor supplies and stock levels, and manage inventory as needed.
• Monitor tables for next courses and communicate guest needs to waiting staff and kitchen.
• Take and relay orders, providing information to guests and colleagues as required.
• Inform waiting and kitchen staff of VIP guests and special requests.
• Address challenges and changes during service, assisting with table turnovers as necessary.
• Assist in clearing tables during and after service.
• Prepare orders such as drinks, snacks, and breads when needed.
• Support other departments when required.
• Attend departmental meetings regularly.
• Perform cleaning tasks during and after service to maintain immaculate guest areas.
• Ensure all guest areas are pristine and presentable.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional when interacting with guests, staff, and other departments.
• Perform additional duties as requested by senior management.


Desired Skill & Expertise:
• Open to freshers eager to start a career in the F&B department within the hospitality industry.
• Basic understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.
