F&b Cost Controller Cum Ap Accountant
Job Description
• Prepare cogs and daily flash report.
• Responsible for creating recipe, maintain menu pricing and consumption
• Create and maintain Menu Engineering Worksheet
• Prepare variance analysis for food and beverages
• Check and verify Voids, Promo & Discounts.
• Update and maintain receipts in the systems
• Check and cross-verify if all sales have been integrated completely
• Monitor daily inventory issuance.
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
• Check and verify all settlements done on the POS system.
• Participate in stock-taking at the restaurants.
• Reconcile SOA and system record
• Prepare payment voucher.
• Audit and verify petty cash replenishments.
• Familiar with the accounting system and excel formula.
• Assist with audits and other task related to finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
