This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of F&B operations.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate F&B schedules, including staff rosters, event bookings, and meetings.
Maintain inventory records, manage orders, and ensure timely restocking.
Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Serve as a liaison between the kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth operations.
Manage vendor relations, including orders and deliveries.
Assist in organizing events, banquets, and catering services.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and assist in resolving issues.
Support front-of-house during peak times and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff and coordinate ongoing training sessions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and assist in conducting audits.
Desired Skill & Expertise:Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of F&B operations and procedures, with a focus on customer service and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
