General : Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or F&B establishment, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and handling inventory and financial aspects. Qualification:
Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Captain / F&B Supervisor
Working experience in hotel operation is highly regarded
Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English
Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
