About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced F&B Business Development Manager or Brand & Growth Manager to lead the expansion and success of our Japanese restaurant in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about restaurant growth, strategic hiring, creative sales initiatives, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

Expansion & Business Growth: Identify and execute opportunities for opening new branches. Staff Recruitment & Training: Lead the hiring process and ensure staff are well-trained to maintain high-quality service. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement creative strategies to boost sales and customer engagement. Marketing & Brand Strategy: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and create effective promotional campaigns. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to improve restaurant performance and ensure consistency across locations. Customer Experience Enhancement: Innovate and introduce new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive strategies.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B business development, brand management, or a similar role. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams. Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational excellence. Understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning in the F&B sector. Bilingual in English (a must); Arabic is a plus.
