Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and service.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing waste.
• Sales and Marketing: Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets and increase customer base.
• Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, including sales, inventory, and staff metrics.
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the bakery or catering industry.
