F&B Assistant Outlet Managers | Dubai | Pre-opening Ultra Luxury HotelWe are seeking dynamic and experienced F&B OUTLET ASSISTANT MANAGERS to join the F&B team of this new opening, ultra-luxury hotel located on Dubai\'s coastline. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.Opening: November 2024Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the month.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the dining outlets.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance.
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the menu and dining experience.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including fine dining and beverage programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are desired
