Fashion Sales Consultant & Micro-Influencer

to join our vibrant team.

In this dual-role, you'll not only assist clients in-store but also serve as a brand ambassador online--creating engaging content, showcasing our ethnic collections, and building an authentic digital connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with selecting ethnic wear suited to their style and occasion. Deliver a personalized shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. Represent and promote Bawree Fashion on social media platforms by wearing and showcasing our outfits. Create content (photos, videos, reels) in collaboration with our marketing team. Contribute to increasing store footfall and online brand visibility through engaging online presence. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail or fashion sales (minimum 1 year preferred). Educational background in fashion is a

plus

. Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Passion for ethnic fashion and styling. Active on Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms--

link to your social media profile must be submitted with the application

. Must be comfortable appearing on camera and promoting the brand as an influencer. Presentable and confident wearing ethnic clothing both in-store and online.

Work Schedule

Sunday to Thursday:

11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Friday & Saturday:

11:00 AM - 10:00 PM 6-day work week

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
