Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement the company's social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance brand presence in the fashion industry.
Create strategic plans for content distribution across various social media platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
Generate engaging and creative content daily that resonates with the fashion-forward audience.
Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored to each social media platform's requirements and audience preferences.
Campaign Planning and Analysis:
Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates; optimize strategies based on insights gained.
Influencer Marketing and Partnerships:
Cultivate relationships with fashion influencers and develop collaborative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reach.
Coordinate with influencers to create sponsored content that aligns with brand messaging and targets specific audience segments.
Community Management:
Monitor customer feedback and interactions across social media platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand image and foster community engagement.
Handle crises and negative feedback effectively to protect brand reputation and maintain customer trust.
Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends:
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, and capitalize on opportunities in the fashion industry.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to innovate and stay ahead in the fashion sector.
Account Maintenance and Reporting:
Regularly update and maintain social media accounts with fresh, relevant content and updates.
Provide comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and creative writing ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with fashion enthusiasts.
Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a keen understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and coordinate with influencers and partners.
Fast learner and adaptable problem solver who can quickly adjust strategies in response to changing trends and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in English, French, and Arabic languages; proficiency in additional languages Spanish/ Russian are advantageous for global outreach in the fashion industry.
