Job Description

Responsibilities:

Fashion Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships internationally to enhance the brand's global market presence in the fashion industry.

Develop and implement effective strategies for international sales growth and achieving business development objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, key industries, and market trends in international fashion markets.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to international fashion clients.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients and partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful collaborations.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential international clients in the fashion industry.

Gain a deep understanding of international client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring continued satisfaction.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to international clients on project progress and outcomes.

Marketing and Sales Support:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to international fashion markets.

Support international sales efforts by providing valuable market insights, conducting competitor analysis, and creating effective sales materials adapted for diverse regions.

Actively participate in international fashion industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen the brand's global presence and foster valuable business relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze international sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the fashion sector.

Generate detailed reports on international business development activities, sales achievements, and market insights.

Offer strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and growth strategies in international fashion markets based on thorough analysis and evaluation.

Requirements:

Job Role Requires Frequent International Travelling

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated track record in international business development within the fashion industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and negotiating effectively with international fashion clients and partners.

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships on a global scale.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, focused on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Fluency in English, French, and Arabic languages is essential; proficiency in Spanish/Russian are advantageous for conducting international business.
