The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not localPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe role of a Fashion Designer involves overseeing the entire design process to create clothing, shoes, and accessories that align with current trends and client preferences. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and sketching designs, selecting appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments, and making modifications to existing product lines. A significant focus is placed on ensuring the final products meet the specific needs and preferences of VIP family members. Additionally, the designer manages the production process to maintain quality and style consistency.QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS

- Degree/ Diploma in Fashion Designxe2x80xa2 Degree/ Diploma in Fashion Design
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustratorxe2x80xa2
- Excellent Communication in English, Arabic will be an added advantage
- Creativity
- Ability to do sketches by hand
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent sense of style and colour
- Fluent in English
- 5 years experience minimum
- Meeting the VIP family members and knowing their preferences for designing.
- Researching current fashion trends and determining what royalty will like
- Develop & Design sketches based on research data
- Creating clothing patterns for bespoke production
- Testing and deciding on fabrics, colours, patterns, and textures for each design
- Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors & suppliers
- Working with team leader to design clothes for upcoming seasons
- Selecting fabrics and trims
- Creating tech packs with detailed specifications
- Developing CAD sketches to present to royal family
- Overseeing the prototype sample process
- Creating cost sheets and product lists
- Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by manager.
