Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to completion, creating high-quality collections that align with company's vision of modern, affordable luxury. Stay ahead of fashion trends and incorporate innovative design elements into collections that resonate with our target audience. Work closely with pattern makers, production teams, and merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of designs. Collaborate with other designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers to bring designs to life. Maintain a deep understanding of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and quality control. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that reflect the brand's identity. Attend fashion events, trade shows, and maintain relationships with suppliers and other industry professionals.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer for at least 2 years, preferably with a focus on modern or luxury brands. A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and previous work with reputable brands. Deep passion for fashion, design, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong understanding of fabric, garment construction, and the fashion production process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is mandatory.
