Job Overview:

Mandelli, a renowned Italian luxury fashion house, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our new location in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen understanding of luxury retail, and the ability to provide each client with an unforgettable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling Mandelli products.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mandelli's collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to educate and inspire clients.

Store Presentation:

Ensure the sales floor is impeccably presented, including product displays, inventory management, and adherence to brand visual guidelines.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and referrals through loyalty-building activities and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow team members and management to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment, consistently upholding Mandelli's brand values.

Sales Reporting:

Track daily sales, client feedback, and market trends to inform store strategies and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury retail sales (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging, client-focused approach. Passion for high-end fashion, style, and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Professional, polished appearance and demeanor, in line with Mandelli's luxury brand image. Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian, Azeri, Kazakh, Arabic) are a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
