You will be responsible for understanding our product range, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, and ensuring our customers leave the store feeling confident and satisfied with their purchases.Job Duties & Responsibility:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Provide personalized fashion advice and styling tips to customers.
Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and footwear that suit their style and needs.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the current fashion trends, store merchandise, and promotions.
Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Participate in merchandising and stock replenishment activities.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Proven 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
