Application and service support for both the pre-sales process and post-sales installation, training, and troubleshooting.
Focus will be to support customers technically in Next Generation Sequencer (NGS), Flow Cytometer, Cell sorter, plate readers & Microarray.
Provide service support, installation, PM & instrument troubleshooting.
Own and deliver the applications\' assistance aligning with our customer needs.
Interacts with customers, field sales, sales managers, marketing, and technical support staff.
Own the distributors team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical support for NGS, BID (Flow Cytometer, Cell sorter & Plate readers) & Microarray platforms.
Provide service support, installation, PM & instrument troubleshooting.
Work closely with channel partners service and application teams, leading them to deliver the highest level of customer experience, and demonstrate their skills and proficiencies.
Perform product demonstration in the field.
Accompanies Sales Representatives on sales calls in customers laboratories to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.
Provides start-up applications training to customers in their laboratories and demonstrates proper operating procedures with consumable products.
Provides technical training to Sales Representatives and collaborates with them to develop technical selling strategies.
Completes all administrative duties such as using salesforce, completing expense reports, etc.
Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree or greater in molecular biology.
Experience in supporting customers on NGS, Flow cytometer, Cell sorter & MA.
Willing and able to deliver instrument hardware support (service) including installation, troubleshooting and PM.
Extensive experience in a sophisticated technical support role.
Ability and willingness to travel 50 - 60%.
Team oriented approach, positive approach, and adaptable personality.
Proficient English, and additional language like Arabic is helpful - oral and written.
