:Apt Resources is currently seeking a Mechanic specialized in farm machinery to join our client's farming operations in their Farm in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of agricultural equipment. • Inspect, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment including tractors, harvesters, plows, and cultivators.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs timely to maximize equipment uptime.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all farm machinery to ensure peak performance.
• Replace defective or worn-out parts to maintain machinery functionality.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on the farm equipment.
• Collaborate with farm operators to schedule maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide guidance and training to farm personnel on proper use and care of machinery.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is typically required; technical certification or vocational training in mechanics is preferred.
• Prior experience in repairing agricultural machinery or similar mechanical work is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment specific to farm machinery.
• Strong analytical abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Capability to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality in repairs and maintenance.
• Willingness to work irregular hours or overtime, especially during peak farming seasons.
• Must have a valid UAE Driver's license
• Must be currently in UAE

Benefits:The salary is AED 5000 plus free accommodation and food. All other benefits as per UAE labor laws.
