We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Family PA to provide a full range of administrative support activities for the CEO and his family

Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete discretion with corporate and private confidentiality
Keep the CEO\'s diary schedule - business and personal meetings i.e. medical, bank meetings, etc
Travel Plan Arrangement for CEO, family and staff including air ticket and hotel reservations and arrangement of meeting schedules abroad
Take/receive instructions from CEO regarding personal matters (home, banks, medical, vehicles, maintenance and others).
Assist with special events planning and related logistics activities as needed.
Schedule all family appointments including medical, entertainment and sporting activities
Plan and book travel arrangements for family guests
Handle school and nursery registration
Schedule appointments for children\'s activities
Make payments on behalf of the family
Maintain contact database and track activities for personal and corporate contacts
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and to effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm, professional, flexible and willing attitude for business and family
Requirements
A native Italian speaker
Positive, humble personality, a strong team-player
Previous experience in a family administrative role
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Absolute discretion and confidentiality
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, strong memory, quick mind and work style and ability to focus and conduct business with minimal errors/misses.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and flexible.
Able to work with minimal supervision, works well individually and in teams, shares information, and supports colleagues.
Fluent English spoken and written
Ability to work in a non corporate / small team set up
