Our client is looking to hire an experienced "Faculty Recruitment Manager" in Dubai, UAE. This pivotal role demands an individual with in-depth knowledge of handling ATS, including customizations and managing recruitment blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with academic leaders to design and implement customized faculty recruitment strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for faculty positions, from advertising to seamless onboarding.
- Expertly utilize ATS for the entire recruitment process, including handling customizations and recruitment blueprint.
- Actively source candidates through academic networks, conferences, and other relevant avenues.
- Lead screening, interviews, and faculty selection committees.
- Skillfully negotiate employment terms, such as salary, benefits, and incentives.
- Uphold compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Partner with the universitys Leadership and HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Communicate timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Continually assess recruitment success, using insightful metrics to refine and enhance strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Educational Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in faculty recruitment, ideally within higher education.
- Comprehensive, hands-on experience with ATS is essential.
- Robust understanding of the local and international academic landscape.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, embodying the values of diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
