Eaton Business School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our faculty as a full-time member. As a faculty member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and fostering academic excellence in our institution. Responsibilities:
- Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops at the masters and doctoral level in areas related to business and management.
- Developing course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, that align with program objectives and academic standards.
- Mentoring and advising students on academic and professional matters, including research projects and career development.
- Supervising research students at both masters and doctoral levels, providing guidance and support throughout their research projects.
- Participating in academic and administrative meetings, committees, and other institutional activities as required.
- A Ph.D. in Business/Management or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching at the masters level, with ideally some experience at the doctoral level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Experience in supervising research students at both masters and doctoral levels is highly desirable.
- A commitment to academic excellence, innovation in teaching, and continuous professional development.
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
