Faculty Member Nursing Program Pediatric Nursing
Job Description
Nursing program is seeking faculty member with
· A proven academic record in teaching and learning
· Community/ Social engagement activities,
· Academic advising, & administrative duties including but not limited to:
· Delivering lectures to students
· Active research publishing that updates the knowledge on continues bases.
· Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the head of program.
Requirements
Education:
· An earned PhD or master's degree specialized in Pediatric Nursing from a reputable university.
· Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
Experience:
· Minimum 1 - 3 years of proven experience in same position.
· Teaching experience in postgraduate and undergraduate studies.
· Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
· Ability to develop teaching design and mentoring.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in the use of dashboard, computers, and computing devices.
· Ability to provide academic leadership.
· Effective presentation skills.
· Effective administrative interpersonal skills
